Our partner, Flowers for Cemeteries, provide a variety of arrangement options. Families can have flowers delivered directly to the cemetery, or sign up for a subscription program to ensure seasonally appropriate flowers will always be placed on their loved one’s grave.

When selecting an arrangement, you will be asked if your items will be shipped to your address or to a specific cemetery. In order to ship to one of our cemeteries, you will need to enter your cemetery’s Identcode:
Garden of Memories Oxford: GOMOX
Autumn Woods Memorial Park: AWMP
To ensure your arrangement is placed on the correct grave, leave us a message in the notes section of the checkout process, specifying the grave you are ordering for.
Seasonal Flower Program
Setting up a flower program can help give families peace of mind that their loved one has a beautiful flower arrangement on their grave year round. Families who choose to sign up for a program can select the arrangements they want and the days flowers will be delivered.
